Submerged Arc & CO2 welding

Fully automatic SAW welding in pull through beam welding line, semi-automatic SAW with tractor travelling mode and direction control function of ADOR Fontech make, EVM programmable MIG/MAG machine and multiple CO2 MIG welding machines of ADOR, CLASSIC & RYLON make

ShearStud Welding machine

Our stud welding is an extremely efficient method of attaching fasteners primarily to mild steel and
stainless steel by utilizing a constant-current DC power supply, typically a 3-phase transformer-rectifier,
equipped with integral controls to operate a special drawn-arc stud welding gun.

EWM Phoenix521

Maximum efficiency for all requirements with reproducible welding results and low-spatter welding thanks to the fully digital inverter welding technology.  PROGRESS, EXPERT: Ideal for the robot, industrial bus and mechanised applications and documentation via optional interfaces

Hilti Deck Sheet fixing machine

Hilti powder-actuated fastening systems have been designed
and produced to develop reliable performance. Factors that
influence pullout strength have been identified through an
understanding of the anchoring mechanisms, technical expertise and testing.

Some of these factors are:
• Depth of penetration in the base steel
• Surface and material characteristics of the fastener
• Coating on the steel base material
• Driving velocity/energy
• Diameter and geometry of the fastener shank
