Innovative Building Solutions is a multi-storey steel structure and PEB manufacturer specialising in the design, fabrication and installation of high-performance steel building systems. Every project is engineered to its load profile, site conditions and operating life — never templated.
Our 2-acre manufacturing facility in Gubbi, Tumkur runs CNC laser and plasma cutting, automatic H-Beam PTW welding, airless spray painting and shot blasting under one roof. Our in-house engineering team designs and analyses every structure in STAAD and TEKLA — to IS, British and American codes — before a single member is fabricated.

Two acres in Gubbi, Tumkur, with 25,000 sq.ft of covered shed, engineered for parallel fabrication of multiple PEB lines without compromising tolerance or finish.
Computer-guided precision cutting on material with tolerances within ±0.5 mm - every profile, hole and notch is repeatable to the drawing. The narrow kerf and minimal heat-affected zone preserve parent-metal strength and eliminate burrs. Components arrive at the weld bay clean, square and ready - no grinding, no rework.
Anchored by a Primo Automation Pull-Through Welder (PTW), pre-cut flange and web plates are tack-welded into an H configuration and drawn through the machine on motorised conveyors while a Twin-Wire Submerged-Arc process lays both fillet welds simultaneously - with a PLC regulating current, voltage and traverse speed, and laser seam-tracking holding the torch on the joint. The result: full-penetration, low-distortion welds with consistent leg geometry, repeatable from the first beam to the last.
All connection plates, cleats, gussets and associated parts are precision-cut on our CNC laser cutting machine, hand-assembled by experienced fitters to tight tolerances, and joined using semi-automatic and manual jacketed MIG/MAG welding by certified welders - clean fit-up, sound penetration and consistent finish on every connection.
SA 2.5 grade shot blasting delivers a near-white-metal surface profile - stripping mill scale, rust and contaminants for optimal coating adhesion and long-term corrosion protection. Primer and paint are then laid to the client's specified DFT, applied either by manual roller for touch-ups, confined areas and intricate surfaces, or by airless spray for high-output, uniform coverage on large structural members - selected to suit each project's requirement.
An owned fleet of cranes and trucks keeps every stage of dispatch under our direct control - no waiting on third-party rentals, no last-minute schedule slips. In-house EOT cranes handle heavy lifts inside the plant, while our own trailers move fabricated bundles straight from the yard to site in sequenced loads. The result: predictable lead times, faster turnaround, lower transit damage and reliable on-time delivery - even on tight project windows.
Drawings flow direct from TEKLA to CNC - every cut, hole and notch is driven by the same digital model the engineer signed off. This end-to-end digital chain eliminates remeasure and manual transcription, removes the guesswork between design and shop floor, and gives clients full visibility of approved drawings before fabrication begins. The outcome: fewer human errors, tighter tolerances, faster throughput and a transparent, auditable process from model to member.
